Vendors must set up on Friday July 26th. The show will follow all day Saturday and Sunday.
Because your booth will remain set up for the 3 days, we recommend lowering your tent at night (or removing your canopy) and ensuring you have sufficient anchors to withstand wind or rain.
There will be overnight security on site all weekend, however, we recommend locking up valuables and loose items inside a vehicle when you leave or taking them with you.
Each vendor will also receive a pass for ONE additional non show vehicle that will be permitted to enter the venue grounds at the beginning and end of each day to drop off or pick up items at the booth- this vehicle must be out of the venue before 8:30 am on Saturday and 10am on Sunday and is only permitted to enter at 5-5:30pm on Saturday and 4-5pm on Sunday. No other non show vehicles will be permitted into the venue area.
Power is not provided. Small quiet generators may be used with permission.
Tents, tables, chairs, etc are not provided.
No refunds will be provided after you have recieved your acceptance.
