Terms and Conditions

1. All registered show vehicles are subject to approval. Until confirmation is sent by Out West Truck Fest, your application for registration is considered "In Review." Approval or denial of applications will be provided within 5 business days of submission. If not selected to participate, a full refund will be issued.
2. Once an application is accepted, registration fees are not refundable.
3. No registration transfers.
4. This event takes place rain or shine.
5. If the event is not permitted to proceed due to government restrictions, the event will be postponed, no refunds will be granted. Your registration will automatically transfer to the new date.
6. Alcohol, cannabis products, and drug use are not permitted at the event.
7. Out West Truck Fest will not be held responsible for theft, loss and/or damage to any property, or liable for injury for any participant.
8. All vehicles participating in Out West Truck Fest are required to have current and active vehicle insurance. The owner must be able to produce proof of insurance upon request.
9. There is zero tolerance for stunting at this event. Please be respectful to the venue.
10. No Trailers inside the main event area.
11. No tents (except vendors).
12. No cruising inside event. Once parked, your vehicle must remain parked unless you are in the Dyno area parking.
13. No golf carts, bikes or ATVs.
14. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
